Performance Coach · Neural Formation Architecture (NFA)
Aaron Slusher is a Performance Coach. In 2006, he was hit by two cars and a guardrail on a highway while helping a stranded driver, and spent years rebuilding his body while continuing to run his practice.
For nearly three decades, his work has centered on one recurring pattern: pressure doesn't erase what someone already knows or can do — it changes whether they can reach it.
When his referral-based business became unviable in 2025, he built a separate mental performance program — and realized, in the process, that the pattern he'd been chasing his whole career was the same gap he calls his nemesis: the space between knowing something and being able to do it when pressure hits. That's what led to what he calls Neural Formation Architecture, or NFA. The Parate Process™ is the part that clears the blocked pathway. Neuroformation™ is the part that explains why it works.
Right now, it runs through Achieve Peak Performance. He also writes about the same pattern showing up in AI and in faith — personal interests, not separate businesses.
The Parate Process is where you reach me — what I'm reading, building, noticing.
